Basic series of questions, the interviewers are not really trained. They just want to assess if you will make the company appear “diverse” and will work for free. Ultimately though all the CEO cares about is if you have a submissive attitude. She hates it when people express opinions or ask questions; she thinks it threatens her power and will expose her. The interview application is bogus, they try to make it look like they are rigorous and competitive… but they will hire anyone just to publish your picture on their website and look like a big team, the work u will end up doing is manual, menial and demeaning in many cases.

Sent an email with cover letter and resume attached. They replied within a week and scheduled a phone interview.
The hiring process is simple. Interns are required to work for at least 3 months, and are asked to give a $200 deposit that is returned in the end (if you manage to stay the 3 months!).

The phone call didn't last more than 20 min. I was asked to talk about myself, previous jobs and roles and explain why I chose UniversalGiving. Also talked about availability - UG requires that you intern for at least 3 months, 20h/week.
