Regarding your comment on titles and roles at Upflow, we are indeed a relatively small organization, but we try to focus on the impact we deliver rather than the size of our team. The manager who interviewed you was one of our earliest sales hires and has worked his way up through significant contributions. Under his management, the sales team has closed approx $10 million in new ARR, a significant achievement from our perspective. At Upflow, we prioritize performance and impact over tenure or experience from other jobs, and why we feel that his title is appropriate. That said, if that's not a fit for you, it's great that you found out quickly.
