The recruiter emailed me on LinkedIn, had a short interview, and then proceeded to ghost me for weeks on end. This was all for him to send an automated email saying they’re moving forward with another candidate. I could care less as HE reached out to me. Trash recruiters, decent company, but in the end this left a bad taste in my mouth. On to better things.

I was contacted by Talent Acquision and the person was very nice and friendly. We really made a connection. Unfortunately, the company is short-sighted and would not consider my diverse background and wanted 5 years with a specific title instead of looking at my 3 years with a title and 10 years of experience in the area of expertise.
