They started with a GD and then later they had a 5 minute HR interview round which was followed by two more rounds at their head office. The GD topic was 'What other services should UC expand in and what countries should it aim first to expand globally'. Others got a very general topic like women entrepreneurship etc.

I applied on the website for the interview process and got a reply within a day. The process included a GD and then qualified candidates had a short interview. The interview was very basic but after the process there was no further communication from the company. Tried to get in touch with the hr but no reply. Its alright if a candidate is not found suitable for the role, they should atleast communicate with the person.
