I was contacted by an URBN recruiter who was excited about my experience and what I could bring to this role. I had a great initial interview with HR and although I wasn’t looking for a new job, I saw where I could add value and growth opportunities and I was looking forward to my interview with the director. The director seemed overwhelmed and not interested in conducting the interview. After this meeting I was no longer interested in the position and also did not get a second interview or offer. However, the recruiting team was great at closing this gap and they were the overall positive experience.
