They are scheduling interview in a bulk way. There are only two interview panel to take 10 interview. They schedule interview at the same time for all. People has to wait for there respective time. Interviewer take the question from google and even he don't listen properly the answer.

4 rounds. 2 Skype rounds, one Face to face with the director and HR round.
Skype rounds take about an hour.
F2F round will take a lof of time.
HR round will take 20-30 mins maximum.
