There is a two step interview process: phone and Skype. Both are easygoing and allow you to learn more about the company as well as showcase your academic expertise. After your initial acceptance, you are required to take some online proficiency tests before being allowed to tutor that subject area.

My interviewer asked if I had any prior tutoring experience and for my SAT/ACT/AP scores in the initial application and phone interview. In the Skype interview, I was asked questions as if I were talking with a potential client and how I would help them answer.
I applied online and then they set up an interview with me. The interviewer's questions were straightforward and I also got to ask questions about the job. There was clear follow up on the next steps in the interview process.

The interview is performed in online/ remote setting.
You have to record yourself and you are given two tries to answer few questions asked.
There is a practice question to get you going.
There was no interview process. We just got offer letters and I think its because they are still starting and up and all. But I think its a great opportunity to learn and teach.
