The first interview was a quick phone interview the night that I applied for the position. They just gave me some more information about the company, asked what subjects I'd be able to tutor in, and asked me a few basic questions about some of those subjects. When I got invited back for a second interview it was through their online tutoring platform and they asked me a couple more questions about my education background. They also took me through a mock tutoring session with a problem from one of the subjects I qualified to tutor in.

They asked me to work out an Algebra 2 problem using their online platform.
I applied online and then they set up an interview with me. The interviewer's questions were straightforward and I also got to ask questions about the job. There was clear follow up on the next steps in the interview process.

The interview is performed in online/ remote setting.
You have to record yourself and you are given two tries to answer few questions asked.
There is a practice question to get you going.
There was no interview process. We just got offer letters and I think its because they are still starting and up and all. But I think its a great opportunity to learn and teach.
