First step was to fill out an online form on their website. I filled out basic information and submitted a resume. They allowed me to specify what courses I would like to teach at this time. Second step, was a phone interview to screen new applicants. They try to get to know who you are and they do this for two reasons. One, they of course want to make sure you are fit to work on their team. Two, when you are a fit they want to get to know more about you so they can better place you with perspective clients. If you make it through this two step process you will be given access to the tutors portal and within a few days to a week you may begin to see client assignments.
