Applied online and heard back right away. I took the time to write a pretty detailed "Why am I a good tutor" statement in the application and changed my resume to highlight my SAT and LSAT scores right at the top.
The phone interview was basically just to get more information and set up for a Skype interview.
The Skype interview was very quick. I was asked two SAT questions and two LSAT questions. I even got one LSAT question wrong but she still passed me.

You are sent a link to an online video interview. They ask you about previous tutoring experience and the last question was asking you to do a mock-tutoring session. It's very awkward because you have to make up what you want to teach on the spot, but you get unlimited time to think of responses.

AI Interview, very easy. Asked very basic question's regarding experience, motivation, etc. I’m a freshman student in UMD and so I haven’t been to many job interviews, but this was genuinely easy.
