1. Phone interview. Asked about availability, experience, salary expectations, and a quick description of how I would teach subjects. 2. Some online quizzes to test subject knowledge. I believe these were optional. 3. Video interview. Some questions were repeated from the phone interview. I was presented with a very simple question (I assume there would have been more in depth questions had I not taken the online quizzes) and asked to explain it to the interviewer as if she were a student.
