make you solve some problems of the subject you want to teach right on the spot. explain how to solve a problem, pretty straightforward. dont pick a topic you dont really know well, they will test you on it.
I applied online and then they set up an interview with me. The interviewer's questions were straightforward and I also got to ask questions about the job. There was clear follow up on the next steps in the interview process.
There was no interview process. We just got offer letters and I think its because they are still starting and up and all. But I think its a great opportunity to learn and teach.
