Felt like trivia questions with not much time to look up the answers (which was allowed)
Was rejected by the automated Workday system, not by a human who could actually see that I was qualified.

After successfully completing an online assessment, I progressed to the next stage, which involved a comprehensive 2-3 hour information session. This session not only provided valuable insights into the role but also included a series of assessments designed to gauge cognitive aptitude, such as the minicog rapid assessment and rapid information assessment. Additionally, the evaluation encompassed travel proposals and a thorough personality assessment. While it was undoubtedly a challenging experience, the pinnacle was the MRAB 2-Back test, adding a unique layer of complexity to the process.
