Pretty bad experience overall. Ghosted for about a month. Got a very random and extremely dry email that explains nothing about the reasons of rejection. I get that there are far better candidates out there, and more power to them. But, when you get rejected after you've been on a pre-screen call, and the person on the other end did nothing but talk for the entirety of the call, didn't ask any questions, and didn't offer an opportunity to ask any questions, it makes you question the hiring practices (fairness, transparency, legality). Overall, hard pass.

Didn't ask much, the recruiter rambled on for almost the entire call.
Good interview with friendly people. I liked everything. They asked me about market and indicators of efficiency of contextual advertising. I had several interviews - with hr-manager, with a colleague and a head of group.
