Interview was pretty straightforward, 2 interviewers, questions were relevant and no real surprises. It felt fairly relaxed and relatively informal, and the interviewers were pleasant. At the end of the interview I was told I would hear back by the end of the week, and thats where it ended. I received no further communication at all. I sent an email detailing my notice period as requested at the interview, and a further email a few weeks later politely asking for the result of the interview. It is now over a month later, and I have still not been contacted and my emails ignored. Very unprofessional not to at least let a candidate know where they stand following an interview. Especially after I took the time on my day off, during a hot summers day to come to the interview! I Just hope they communicate better with their customers, or they'll be loosing a few!

I applied online and received an email request for a phone interview about a week later. The phone interview was fairly basic and informational, until the interviewer asked "How old are you?" - very strange and unprofessional. After the phone interview, I was invited in for an on-site interview and met with the head of the flight management department and the sales director. I didn't expect much after the initial phone screen, but from what I gathered the company seems to be growing fast and has a lot of potential.
