A few emails to confirm points in the online application and set a phone interview time. The interview was with HR person and held to a defined timeline, little opportunity to ask my own questions.
Virgin Active HR person was enthusiastic and very easy to talk to and was knowledgeable in regards to my CV and online application answers, she had done her job.
