The interview process starts with CV submission .Depending on the criterion the CV are shortlisted. There are various ways for submitting the CV.Then you can get call for interview. It can be technical interview and HR interview. You can have PS tests also .Then after the interview then there are few rounds then you may be offered.

Common questions. 1.HR first, 2. technical interview,3. the second round technical interview,4. Salary review,5, reference check, 6.background check, 7.drug and acholic check,8. offer providing. 9. sign contract.
The background check took two month, it took 6 month in total from the interview to offer providing.
I was asked to pick up a date that suits for the interview. It was the first interview with the HR and it was easy going, simple and brief as an introduction.

The interview process consisted of only 1 personal interview in front of a panel of 3 members including 2 technical people and 1 HR person.
The interview was more of a general interview rather than a technical one. They were more interested in knowing past experiences.
