After this interview, WP Engine uses a personality test to screen you. It's important to realize that this a pass/fail test. The test says it's just one factor in their decision, but this is false. If you don't pass the personality test you will not move forward. The test also says to take it honestly, this is the wrong approach.
Before you take the personality test, do some research on how to pass these things and answer the questions. It's pretty easy if you do it beforehand and know a couple of tricks. It will save you a huge headache of having to interview and being rejecting on a personality quiz. I failed this one taking it honestly but passed the ones in the future after doing a bit of research on how they work.
I didn't pass due to the personality quiz which is fine because it's a fairly big red flag. They're not really supposed to base hiring decisions on it or hard-screen people on it and likely points to some problems with management.
To WPEngine, I noticed your glassdoor reviews mention ageism and it's very clear you have a heavy lack of company diversity. I think instituting things like a pass/fail personality test is contributing to this issue significantly. I recommend you think about how you're hiring people and realize that people of different demographics (and all people in general) are motivated differently, have different personalities, and find different reasons for their success.
