Very structured. Nice people, must know how to speak with customers. Most questions are about your experience so try to elaborate as much as possible. There are no "generic" interview questions so this is the only time to stand out.

Straightforward interview, they're looking for empathy and people who will own up to responsibility and mistakes. The interview asks you to talk about times you encountered difficult customers, and how you solved the problem

30 min, won't last forever cuz it is very structured, very situational based, interviewers were kind, there will be some time to add on if you forget to mention something in your previous answers

What to do when you have challenges communicating with your clients
It was pleasant, smooth and easy. Very good and describing your role and possible situations. They were inviting and accepting of my asking questions about the role and answered them very well.
