First, you do a couple of tests online, personal information and experience followed by Video quiz about how to work the App. If you pass that, you book your phone interview. If you pass the phone interview you book your orientation where you'll do a Harness test! If you pass that, you're in!

No interview, did complete online screenings including knowledge tests to gauge my knowledge of dog behavior, common leashes and harnesses, etc. Also had to submit for a background check, etc.
