The interview process goes relatively quickly, however, the company will only reach out about an interview if you live in central PA near Harrisburg. The first in-person interview went extremely well, however the second was conducted by people who seemed like they would have liked to be anywhere other than the interview (even showing up over fifteen minutes late). The second in-person interview also consisted of two hours of the same questions from the first interview.

There are four interviews: phone, written, video, and in person. They basically ask you the same questions each round so stay consistent and be patient. I’d suggest have a few go to stories. Good luck!

They ask all the basic interview questions: work background, personality questions, and whether you enjoy working with a team. They also have you rank the job duties from most interesting to least. Then they review your written interview responses and ask you to provide more detail.
