Exchanged messages with a company executive, did 2 phone interviews (one was more like a screening) and 2 video interviews with a hiring manager and VP. I got a follow up invitation a few weeks later when I got a job offer

While the people that interviewed me were very helpful and polite, the interview process was just exhausting and drawn out. The company seems less concerned with your experience and skills and much more focused on your personality and if you would "fit in." During all four(!) of my interviews, I felt like I was being asked the same questions over and over again that were trying to psychoanalyze me rather than asking me about my skills or experiences. If you're open about being a more reserved person rather than the most outgoing and loudest person in the room, they won't have any interest in you. While the interviews are simple, there is no reason to go through so many rounds when they get a sense of your personality very early on. The process from start to finish lasted about a month.
