In retrospect I’m glad this didn’t work out, but the interview process left a poor impression of WebFX. The process included a phone screen and a lengthy written questionnaire (~20 questions), followed by a third interview. Across all three stages, I was only asked behavioral questions. There was no assessment of role-specific competency. Some written prompts also felt unnecessarily personal or loaded (e.g., asking how my education was financed, hypotheticals about “breaking up” with the company after six months, and which tasks I’d prefer the role not include). Also, communication was inconsistent. I was initially rejected because the position was “already filled,” then contacted again weeks later to restart the process due to unexpected growth. After the final interview, the job was reposted and I later received an automated rejection email. A more transparent process and a more personal closing message would have shown greater respect for candidates’ time. Overall, the process felt impersonal and disorganized.

Very quick if you complete things on time. They will give you a phone interview, followed by a questionnaire and and in person interview. Overall they are very kind and helpful throughout the process.
