In three separate interviews, I met with 7 or 8 different people on the team who ranged in job title and experience. The experience was positive overall except for the hiring manager (who would end up being my future boss) who told me that "I was only there because everyone else liked me" before the interview had begun. He would not let me leave until I said three negative things about my current job.
