I interview for a position at WebMD about 1 year ago. I had 3 rounds of interviews, the last being what I though was a final round. I never heard back from the organization regarding a decision. When I reached out to my recruiter, the assumed I received an automated response. There is always issues with technology but once someone completes 3 rounds (close to 5+ hours) of interviews, a email should definitely be sent. Otherwise this genuinely seems like a great organization to work for

Colloquio
It was pretty straight forward. I was given a take home problem to solve. I emailed my results to the interviewer. I was then notified that I got the position.

Domanda 1
The interview was minimally technical. Questions about coding languages and content management platforms were raised.

Colloquio
I interviewed with a Project manager who emphasized the role was mainly administrative. I think my emphasis on 'Project Management' as a career goal worked against me because I may have been dissatisfied in the long run performing admin. duties.(I didn't get the job-over qualified)
It was a very typical, scripted interview, focusing on questions about strengths, weaknesses, 5 year plan, career goals etc.
