First got call from recruiter and then interview was scheduled.The interview was of two technical rounds followed by HR discussion.The process was quite smooth and it took almost two weeks for the whole process.

Call with recruiter, speak with hiring manager, take home assessment, than 1.5 hour panel interview.
I declined to proceed with the interview process. They wanted me to come into the office 3 days a week, jump through multiple hoops to have a shot at working with them, OH and they also wanted me to take $20k USD pay cut.
