The interview process consisted of three stages:
Stage 1 (Talent Acquisition - Luan Oliveira): > Luan provided a clear and detailed overview of the role. We discussed my background, career goals, and current responsibilities, and went through some hypothetical situational questions. Toward the end, he answered all my questions and shared valuable advice on which key areas to focus on for the next round to stand out as a candidate. It was a very comfortable interview thanks to Luan’s approachable manner and the welcoming atmosphere he created from the start.
Stage 2 (Hiring Manager): > This session focused on the technical aspects of the role, and I was asked specific questions about my current day-to-day responsibilities.
Stage 3 (Team Director): > The final stage focused on the team's goals and future outlook. We also discussed my personal aspirations for the role and how they align with the position.
