Only made it through the first round before I pulled out. I asked the recruiter on the screening call what total comp and relocation looked like and was told for a Lead (software) PM role the bottom of the range started at $80k... I stopped listening when I heard that. I think it was $80-$140k for base with no RSU's, no relocation assistance, and a depressing % bonus. YIKES! I politely said the opportunity wasn't going to be for me. Keep in mind, the role demanded minimum 5 YoE...
I've seen some lead PM roles over $200k salary - I guess the one I applied to was not that sexy?!

During the application process I listed 175k/yr as a salary requirement.
Wells wants me to move to either Charlotte, St. Louis or Minneapolis at my own expense (No relocation assistance)
They are building a new product that is right now called "Money Movement" for "Wealth and Investment Management" (WIM), Financial Advisors and Clietns.
This role would be responsible end-to-end for owning the product.
The recruiter literally said, "175 is our of our range... we are targeting $120k MAAAAYBE $140k (with approvals). With total comp, we might be able to get you to $175"
#1 - This is way below market rate for a Sr. Product Owner/Manager.
#2 - There are revenue implications here and they're only paying $120k?
#3 - No RSUs... no sign-on bonus.
So basically... We want you to spend $15k to move yourself to one of these cities, we're going to pay you way below market rate and we expect to be leaders in financial services.
