Really enjoyed the interview process at Whatnot! Started off with a friendly HR chat about the role to see if I'd be a good fit. From there, it was a mix of interviews: coding, system design, a chat with the hiring manager, and a principles interview. They even threw in a product sense interview, which was a very intersting and fun interview. It shows they're after engineers who get the bigger picture (which makes sense since it’s an engineering-led startup where devs are hands-on with product design).

Very kind, efficient. Everyone was very communicative ands the whole process went smoothly. Very open to schedule as needed for the many rounds to go through. Would recommend trying to apply.
