The interview process for the Global Equity Administrator role was well-organized and highly transparent from a candidate’s perspective. It began with a friendly initial screen and continued through five rounds of interviews, a take-home project, and a reference check. The entire process took about a month from start to finish.
Everyone I spoke with throughout the process was high-energy, passionate about the product, and clearly excited about the company’s growth. That kind of enthusiasm was a great sign—especially when considering a role at a mid-sized private company.
While the process wasn’t necessarily more difficult than other interviews I’ve experienced, it was certainly more thorough. The team approaches hiring with intention and collaboration, which results in more touchpoints and a take-home component, but they do a great job keeping you informed and supported throughout.
