Colloquio
First, talk with a HR person, then they send you a code challenge, so far so good. After that have an interview with the product manager/owner. Finally, I went through a Q&A interview. The variety of questions was extensive, at least 20 of them. Strong use of memory, of theoretical concepts. I can see the point (IMO).
I spend a lot of valuable time in code challenge.
