Train wreck of a process. Phone screen from HR was 10 minutes late, no big deal. Made it to the to the second round. I can only describe this as a hostile interview. Individual was 20+ minutes late, had no idea what I was applying for, proceeded to ask me a bunch of rapid fire deeply technical questions outside the scope of management. I do have a technical background and did what I thought was a decent job, despite the environment. Surprise surprise no offer, for which, I am deeply appreciative.
