I first went through the screening process, which went pretty smoothly. Most of the questions were behavioral and focused on how I handle myself in a workplace environment. The recruiter also walked me through the next stage of the process and let me know right away that I had moved on to the next round.

the interview with the recruiter was nice but I felt like they tried to understand why i want to leave my current company and kept asking about this. I just wanted to move from a small company to a big one
