      Screening call, assessment, TL interview and then Manager &HR interview. Dealt with great people throughout, information provided ahead of interviews was a great aid, very transparent about what they are looking for.

      Colloquio

      The process took just under 2 weeks. First I had to complete a written test in French and English. After that I was invited for a face to face interview at their offices with the team leads and then a video interview with the sit manager and the HR manager. This was the best interview process I have done in my entire career. The people there are all very friendly and they made me feel comfortable and at ease. The first thing they asked me was to tell them about me in my native language. They were more interested about me as an individual rather than another employee which made a huge impact on me. The face to face interview took around 45 minutes. I was greeted with a smile and everyone I met in the office that day were all so friendly and the atmosphere fell like a happy workplace. I had my last interview on the Thursday and got an offer on the Tuesday so the process has been fast and efficient. I am starting my new venture next Monday the 14th of October and I am very much looking forward to getting started. In fact this is the first time I’ve been this excited about starting a job :)

      Colloquio

      After I applied for the position, an HR sent me a test to check my language knowledge - some translations from English to Russian, or to write what Wix do in simple words. The test took me about 1 h. I was quite surprised when I received a reply that I didn't pass the test as I'm a native Russian speaker and have been working with clients from Russia for 10 years. I asked the HR to proved me with more information on what mistakes I made in the test, and haven't got any feedback. It was quite disappointing overall. Don't waste your time if you're a native speaker.
