It was my first interview for the Wix Boost program. The interview had five LeetCode questions. It was on campus, and we went into a classroom with about 60 other people. The overall experience was great, and the staff was really friendly. Unfortunately, it was only LeetCode questions, so I don’t think you can fully assess the potential of the candid through that.

first was a call from a recruiter, then an online interview, asking 3 leetcode questions, and final is a design interview on site. always called a day after the interview for update

2. first technical interview 1.5hour - basic java script and one algorithm question - find the lowest common ancestor of two nodes in a binary tree
3. second technical interview 3hours - implement your version of mocha testing library,
4. final technical interview 1.5hour design - a. talk about a project you did
b. design google sheets
* I have to point that on the design interview the two interviewers seemed as if they had better things to do, they gave almost no information about the system requirements, rushed me as I tried to explain my reasoning in design choices and asked very little questions about my solution.
They gave me the feeling that they were not really trying to see if I will be a good fit for the job,
After a few days got a call from someone new (not the HR that spoke to me earlier) telling me that I did not make it with absolutely no feedback. This made me think that maybe this company is posting jobs and conducts interviews not with the intention of hiring anyone but to make it seem to investors that they are growing. The position is still open so that means other candidates probably got the same treatment.
