First round was a group interview with other candidates.Easy and casual, more like a chat. If you pass, you get a second interview with the store manager. Relaxed atmosphere, simple questions on past experience. Felt comfortable, perfect for anyone who hates stressful interviews

What would you do if a customer asks for a surprise in their order?
They had an online group interview. They were supposed to have 4 applicants, but 2 of them didn't show up. The interviewer first introduced ourselves in about 3 sentences. Then she explained the work and the company's policies and wages. After this interview, if we're chosen, we'll have a 30-minute in-person interview with the warehouse manager at the place. They sent me an invite about 5 hours after the meeting.

She gave us a group task question. Ask what will you do when your colleague shift is over and he wants to leave, at the same time you have an urgent order and the new products like milk, chickens,etc are arrived and you have to recieve them.
