Already on the first interview (after having a call first with the HR) the interviewee asked very role specific questions and didn’t seem interested to get to know me as a person.

Recruiter screen was fairly simple, but this company has a serious issue with communication whether it be recruiters or coordinators. If you apply here expect to be ghosted and they are not transparent about salary’s. They also do not give feedback.
