The application process was straightforward, using their recruitment portal. Heard back a few days after the deadline and I was given a choice of interview slots, along with 10 question. The interview was average, three people interviewing online via TEAMS. I was told they'd be making a decision by Monday/Tuesday next week. It's been two weeks since the interview and I'm yet to heard back. I emailed a few days ago, to ask for feedback and I'm still yet to hear back from them. I've checked the portal and it's still showing as under review. A disappoint experience for candidates, to not be given an outcome (at the very least) and to have your emails ignored. Having read a few of the other reviews, I can see I'm not the only one who's been ghosted following an interview at WAP.

The interview process was fairly well run with questions being shared in advance. What was less welcome was being ghosted rather than 10 seconds being spent on a rejection email.
