It was an online application on the company website, then followed by a written test to check your aptitude, I had to submit a video recording talking about myself and there was a language test to check my level for the second language. A competency test would follow but I did not get to that point.

The written test was a typical aptitude test so brush up on your mathematical abilities as well as your mastery of english. Then expect to take a language test for your second UN language capabilities.
