Comprised of three panel interviewees, plus one interviewee on live telecon from the regional headquarters in Bangkok. It was very structured. The HR representative will brief you about the process then each interviewer will ask one or two questions. Questions are same for all interviewees, except for follow up questions.

Very professional panel of interviewers. The HR gave proper briefing before the interview started and standard criteria on panel interviewers' papers has been followed throughout the interview. Panel was comprised of the supervising manager, HR represrntative, representative from the regional headquarters via skype, and another manager whose team will often work with your team.
