Shortlisted my resume and mailed me for an interview in WFP country office, Dhaka. Had to give interview IN front of 7 supervisors. They chose according to their preference. They were all super nice. Just make sure there is no gap in communication.

The interview was held on Microsoft Teams with the hiring manager and the team manager. The team manager asked most of the questions and focused mainly on what was written on my SOP. The interview lasted about 30 minutes.

I had a really pleasant experience during my WFP internship interview. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly, which helped ease my nerves. The interview lasted around 30-45 minutes, and it felt more like a conversation than a formal assessment.

Too many math questions that don’t match the job description . For an internship job the aptitude tests are unfair ( but then again , it’s how they shortlist people)
