I had phone screen and then was given a technical test. I completed the time on time and submitted the code. It was 3 days worth of effort. After couple of follow ups I got email back saying that they are moving with other candidate. Here is where they are VERY unprofessional. It's not about the offer or rejection. If you ask a candidate to do a test and if he completes, invests 3 days of time then he deserves a proper feedback . For a technical test there should be a technical feedback. A standard email reply is not good. Please be professional when you interview people. Do not waste other people's time.
