Interview was very relaxed and nice, they focused more on personality than experience which was a nice change. They said that you will be sent to training for 2 weeks in Hull, which was really useful. One to one with a manager in the office after a preliminary phone interview from Head office

Very informal and casual. The interviewer was down to earth. No questions that aimed to catch you out. Seemed to value personality and potential for learning and growth rather than just experience alone.

Really good, transparent and they emphasize on their training programme which is good. Seems like a nice environment to be a part of. Looking forward to how it proceeds, fingers crossed.

Easy and not pressure so it make it easy for the people and the feel comfortable with the interview , manager and team leader they were nice so nothing to complain I guess I did not get the job cause I'm in uni that's why so they are not flexible with schedule
