Phone interview was brief to see if you are a potential candidate, followed by an interview at the showroom with management team. Overall process was quite standard as any entry level position.

Very informal and casual. The interviewer was down to earth. No questions that aimed to catch you out. Seemed to value personality and potential for learning and growth rather than just experience alone.

Easy and not pressure so it make it easy for the people and the feel comfortable with the interview , manager and team leader they were nice so nothing to complain I guess I did not get the job cause I'm in uni that's why so they are not flexible with schedule
