Process was pretty easy, I contacted the job poster via friend, sent my resume. Had a initial call with recruiter and then the hiring manager. Both went well. I was called over for a whole day interview in NY, flight, hotel , food, transportation, everything taken care of. Interview was great, 5 1 hr slots with 2 people each. Question were mostly about Project mgmt, people mgmt, process mgmt. I think I did great. I have always worked in big companies so I could see some of the issues that I can make a huge impact on, but even though I thought I did great, no call back. Something stuck me as odd, I think I was interview by the people who would have reported to me if I had gotten the job,not sure if that was normal but I felt it was odd. Anyhow good experience.
