The actual interview process was fine. An introductory phone call with the in house recruiter and then an interview with the hiring manager and so on. I'm giving my experience a negative rating because the recruiter did not attend the scheduled phone call. After 20 minutes of waiting for him, I reached out only to be told he was busy and we needed to reschedule. After my second interview with the hiring manager, I was told the recruiter would get back to me on next steps. This was three months ago. I was ghosted. I followed up twice and then just left it because the unprofessionalism left a bad taste in my mouth.
