It starts with 3 interviews - 1 with the hiring manager, 1 for culture fit and 1 for technical fit. When you've passed those, then we have a work trial. This could be online or in person - mine was in person. You are presented a real problem the company is working on, and you have to work with real stakeholders for the length of the trial to deliver a synthesis of your findings, your proposed solution and your thought process at a presentation at the end of the process.

Describe an instance where you had to manage multiple stakeholders to deliver a product. How did you push through to get your feature released? What were some highlights that you did well, or lowlights that could have been done better?
No HR stage for the initial step, so it start directly with the user. Each call is 30 mins, enough go understand how it works on Xendit side. Especially for these new team that they are looking new people
