My experience interviewing at YML was rather horrible. The person interviewing me was late and unprepared. He told me that he only hires people that can think, and if I won’t be hired that’s not because I don’t know someone, but because I can’t think. I told him that I lost the job because of Covid, and he commented that loosing a job is ok, if I’m a good professional I’ll easily find a new job, but if I’m not - I shouldn’t have been hired in a first place. Who says things like that, especially during the interview. I asked a handful of questions about the position, culture, etc - none of them were answered. The interview ended and I didn’t even know what was the role about. After the interview no one followed up, which is good because I obviously didn’t want to continue the conversation and already signed an offer at much better/stable company.
