Had a couple of phone interviews before proceeding to on-site interview. At on-site met with about 12 different people over a period of 2 weeks from a variety of departments i.e. product, engineering, finance, partner management etc. Everyone was pleasant to talk to and posed some very interesting questions

there were four rounds of interviews. Overall the experience was really pleasant. Everyone was very kind, transparent and accommodating. The recruiter was very honest and easy to talk to. The hiring manager was pleasant and offered me a good understanding of the job and organization.

I had 2 phone interviews and then they made arrangements to fly me to Yahoo Headquarters for in-person interviews. I had 4 in-person interviews on campus. I met with hiring manager and also people on the team that I may work with. Everyone was very professional.
Full day interview with 5 different people. Interviews were conducted one at a time in the same conference room. Didn't get the idea that interviewers prepared or coordinated their questions.
