It was at the least an annoying experience to be contacted by a HR specialist from Bayt.com for the CEO position. Apparently bayt.com and yallamotor.com are sister companies. Her tone was never respectful and professional. There was a computer-based assessment that has 50 questions and you will only be given 15 minutes to answer . This assessment will gauge spatial reasoning skills, verbal communication skills, math skills and personality factors. And it was easy for me. I guess I aced it. After that they asked me to submit a cam recording for online interview. Which is actually quite weird for a C level position. An interview for the top C level position where there is no interviewer?? But it gets worse, they said they will arrange a meeting with the founder of the firm which never happened and on top of that they ghosted me and never replied my e-mail. What a horrible experience from a job hunting website like bayt.com.
